MC&C Media has named Ben Foster as its first Director of Digital to lead all aspects of the management and growth of digital across both clients and the agency itself.
Formerly Digital Client Director at MC&C, Foster will oversee client ownership, development and growth, financial management and operational control as well as business integration. He will lead a team of 23, including two senior hires to be announced later this year.
The newly-created role is the amalgamation of his previous position with that of the Chief Digital Officer role, which has been vacant since the beginning of the year. Foster is also a member of the agency’s Senior Management Board, which was set up earlier this year*.
Reporting to Robin Trust, Managing Director of MC&C Media, Foster will be charged with overseeing key initiatives to support clients and agency growth targets, offering strategic guidance to help build on clients’ digital understanding, while championing ideas which drive innovation and best practice for clients.
Foster joined MC&C Media in February 2015 as Director of Digital Operations, rising to Digital Client Director within two years. Prior to this he was Head of Digital Operations at All Response Media, and spent four years at LBi.
