MC&C Media has set its intentions for 2019 with the appointment of Havas’s Rik Moore in the newly-created role of Head of Insight, Strategy & Planning.
Rik, who joins from his role as Head of Strategy at Havas Media, will take on the strategic and planning capabilities of the agency, encouraging holistic insight-led solutions and brand thinking. Rik will refine and lead MC&C’s planning framework, take a leading role with current clients and new business, ultimately supporting the agency’s growth agenda.
Reporting to Genevieve Tompkins, Chief Strategy Officer, Rik will take responsibility for upskilling the agency to deliver integrated insight-led media plans. Rik will play a key role in the agency’s renewed focus on partnerships; from how they work with media owners to creating new relationships with specialist agencies, extending MC&C’s current offering for clients.
Rik said: “As one of the longer-standing independents MC&C not only has some strong industry heritage and an incredibly interesting client base but there is a tangible air of excitement at the agency at the moment.
