The Kite Factory has been awarded the media planning and buying business for Residently, the tech heavy property startup that is taking the landlord and rental market by storm in London and New York.
The business, which is billed as a tech disrupter to the rental market, offers an enhanced service to both parties. It boasts a friction-free process for renters to find their ideal home, a Living app offering extras such as furniture rental, cleaning, washing and moving and storage services to tenants, while providing landlords with a fully managed service, high quality tenants at much lower commission rates than typical high street agents.
The Kite Factory has been charged with recruiting new landlords and tenants while raising the profile of the Residently brand in the UK before rollout into international territories.
Founded in 2015 by successful entrepreneur Tom Allason, Residently is designed for landlords who are attracted to the tech-based approach to property rental as opposed to using major high street agents or the DIY model.
