Redrow has appointed The Kite Factory as its media planning and buying partner, following a competitive pitch.
The FTSE 250 housebuilding company has handed The Kite Factory the task of helping to drive brand consideration among home-buyers and promoting Redrow as a market leader via a data-led strategy.
Working across all 12 of Redrow’s divisional offices, The Kite Factory will have a national remit.
Anthony Abou-Zeid, head of client service at The Kite Factory, said that the market was facing “challenges”, such as the current cost-of-living crisis, but added: “With that, comes the need to innovate how we engage prospective buyers higher up the funnel, how we leverage emerging technology to create meaningful business change and how we can help Redrow elevate their proposition.”
Redrow has built 100,000 homes across England and Wales.
Warren Hamilton, head of marketing operations at Redrow Homes, added: “The Kite Factory’s proven ability and innovative approach aligns with Redrow’s goals and we’re confident that this partnership will achieve great success in the future.”
