Independent media agency The Kite Factory has poached one of its long-standing charity clients to the role of strategy director, ramping up the agency’s offering for the not-for-profit sector.
Helen Radia has worked with The Kite Factory for over 12 years in client-side roles as director of fundraising at Crisis and on WaterAid’s leadership team, where she helped to develop the engagement strategy for its marketing and fundraising.
Reporting to head of planning Christian Taylor, Radia will work closely with head of charity Caroline Dolan and strategy director Charley Day, who also joined the agency from her client-side role at WaterAid last March.
The agency maintains that Radia’s experience and insight will further strengthen its “Ideas that Deliver” proposition across its charity clients, bolstering its ability to quickly diagnose client challenges and translate obstacles into actions that deliver maximum impact.
The Kite Factory managing partner for strategy Rik Moore said: “Having worked with Helen for many years across two different clients, we know the wealth of experience she brings to the table.
