We’re thrilled to share that our brilliant Head of People & Culture, Eleanor Manual, has been shortlisted in the IPA’s iList 2024.
This shortlist recognises the leaders who have implemented programmes and initiatives driving inclusivity in all its forms, both at a wider intersectional level and those tackling specific issues.
Eleanor has been a driving force behind The Kite Factory’s journey towards a more diverse and inclusive workplace. She has spearheaded initiatives such as senior sponsorship of the Inclusion and Belonging committee, driving impactful events and educational programs on neurodiversity, allyship, and Black Joy in support of Black History Month.
A constant cheerleader for well-being, Eleanor has championed flexible working and introduced benefits such as Telus Health, Vitality, and SLT mental health awareness panels, to name a few.
Eleanor’s efforts have resulted in a thriving, diverse agency that made Campaign’s Top 50 Best Places to Work in 2023 for good reason. Her innovative policies, proactive initiatives, commitment to employee well-being, and passion for people have profoundly impacted our agency culture.
