Driving Record Registrations for Nest

Nest wanted to reconnect with existing customers who, in many cases, didn’t even realise they were customers due to auto-enrolment– many had never logged into the platform. The brief was clear: drive meaningful re-engagement and registrations, while keeping CPA tightly controlled.

What we did

We built the strategy around Nest’s first-party data, using it as the primary source to identify and re-engage existing customers. Where match rates were lower, we supplemented this with Meta lookalike audiences and postcode-level geo targeting to extend reach efficiently.

Spend was carefully phased to align with natural “financial spring-cleaning” moments in the year, maximising impact when consideration for pensions and long-term savings is naturally higher. By combining smart data use, phased investment and action-led creative, we turned passive customers into active platform users.

The campaign delivered above and beyond expectations, outperforming every key target.
