To celebrate #IWD22, The Kite Factory are proud to announce the launch of our all-agency women’s network, Female Flyers.
Inspired by the mission of International Women’s Day, we’ve created Female Flyers to solve the problem that historically, traditional media agencies hold women back. Our vision is to create a self-sustaining community of women who encourage, support and champion each other.
Here at The Kite Factory we’ve made tremendous progress whereby 52% of our workforce are women, with a 60% representation in our newly formed SLT.
Female Flyers takes our commitment to women’s careers even further. This is a network run for and by women with a very simple aim to support each other to achieve our full potential.
We launch on the 28th March at The Kite Factory HQ and can’t wait to see our fantastic Female Flyers in person.
