James Smith

CEO

From Account Executive to CEO in just over a decade, James bleeds TKF and has been the driving force behind the agency's evolution in recent years. He is responsible for captaining the senior leadership team and orchestrating the delivery of our growth promise to our people, clients, and partners.

Despite his rich past with the agency, James' gaze is always firmly fixed on the future and identifying new opportunities to drive revenue and fuel the development of new products and services in line with the ever-shifting media landscape.

Caroline Dolan

Managing Partner, Charity

Bringing two decades of expertise, Caroline is our resident charity guru charged with building collaborative client relationships and creating award-winning fundraising and brand awareness strategies for our Not-For-Profit clients.

Passionate about female empowerment in the workplace, Caroline launched our all-agency women's network, 'Female Flyers', in 2021, creating a community of women who encourage, support and champion each other.

Rik Moore

Managing Partner, Strategy

Rik is our media creativity maestro charged with inspiring our people to strive for original and strategically innovative campaign ideas for our clients. As the brain behind some of our best-celebrated campaigns, Rik's passion and enthusiasm shine through in his award-winning work.

A proud dad of two and retired stand-up comedian with more than 900 gigs under his belt, Rik is a regular on the speaker and judging circuit for industry bodies, including Thinkbox, IPA and Newsworks.

Emily is the dynamic force driving our new business and marketing operation, overseeing a high-functioning team to deliver best-in-class pitch responses while inspiring a culture of marketing-led new business across the agency, empowering everyone to become our best sales advocates.

A cheerleader for fearless originality with a knack for cultivating a distinctive communication style, Emily is the architect behind our brand positioning and its evolution to ensure we attract and retain clients while growing the agency's reputation through stand-out communications.

As COO, Kyle is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and innovation. Having held various agency roles over nearly two decades in the industry, Kyle leads the charge in optimising our processes, cultivating a culture of innovation, and ensuring outstanding results for our clients.

Kyle’s approachable leadership and natural ability to inspire collaboration fosters an environment where teams thrive. Partnering closely with our senior leadership team, he ensures TKF stays ahead of the curve in digital transformation, consistently delivering forward-thinking solutions.

Christian Taylor

Managing Partner, Planning

Christian oversees the agency's strategic output, seamlessly connecting the dots between razor-sharp thinking and creative media implementation to produce impactful, award-winning campaigns for our clients. He is passionate about effectiveness and spearheads the agency's development of tools, talent and tech to ensure we deliver impactful work time and again.

A natural and curious storyteller, Christian communicates the strategic direction of travel to our clients while ensuring consistency through a communicative, coherent planning approach.

Anthony is the driving force behind our talented and passionate Client Team and is responsible for developing best-in-class work for our clients with creativity, innovation, and measurement at the heart of our craft planning process.

A self-proclaimed tortured Creative Director, Ant brings strategic thinking and a deep passion for media creativity to all does. His knack for building strong client relationships has also helped to transform marketing strategies and helping our commercial clients achieve their ambitions.

Sarah Faust

Head of Data & Analytics

Dr. Sarah spearheads the agency's data function, including delivering all econometrics, customer profiling, and business scenario planning projects. A proactive and innovative data scientist, Sarah seeks new ways to leverage data to solve business challenges. She also oversees FlightDeck™, our reporting system for real-time campaign insights that fuel intelligent long-term planning.

With a PhD in Nanoscience, Sarah is a self-proclaimed data geek who regularly contributes to industry press and has spoken on marketing measurement at industry events for Mediatel, Warc, and The Drum.

Ben Foster

With over 16 years of experience, Ben is responsible for the strategic direction and development of the agency's digital offering and overseeing senior client relations.

Ben thrives on identifying new ways to empower our clients amidst the shifting media ecosystem and is passionate about developing initiatives to support them, championing the concept of shared knowledge and offering strategic guidance to help build their digital understanding.

Eleanor Manuel

Eleanor is responsible for all things people and culture-related, including leading our diversity & inclusion and well-being initiatives, developing and rolling out training, ensuring best-practice policies, and introducing new benefits to the agency.

A certified NLP and Leadership coach, Eleanor uses her passion for psychology and learning to empower our team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented atmosphere that enhances individual skills and cultivates a sense of belonging and fulfilment within our agency.

Gregor Chalmers

Gregor spearheads the delivery of our top-tier AV planning and buying, working with our trusted media partners to deliver innovative solutions for clients. With a 12-year track record, he's a seasoned expert in brand and response disciplines whose passion lies in the evolving landscape of AV planning, where he envisions a future marked by channel-neutral strategies driven by audience-centric data.

A fervent advocate for AV, Gregor revels in uncovering pivotal insights and innovative buying tactics that bring tangible success to our clients.

Jonathan Leech

Commercial Director

Formerly Head of Broadcast, Commercial Director Jonathan strategically manages client, supplier, and partner contracts and oversees media trading, implementation, and audits across offline channels to ensure optimal value for the agency and our clients.
