Kyle brings nearly twenty years of agency experience and a serious knack for turning ambition into operational reality. Previously COO, he now sets the vision for growth, culture, and innovation, ensuring the agency continues to deliver work that is both creatively ambitious and commercially sharp. Kyle believes high-performing teams thrive when they feel empowered, supported, and challenged.

Jonathan Leech

Co-CEO

As Co-CEO, Jonathan drives the agency’s commercial strategy and client value delivery. With a background spanning media trading, partnerships, and commercial leadership, he focuses on building capabilities and relationships that deliver measurable performance and long-term client success. Jonathan is fiercely committed to doing things the right way: transparent, accountable, and always pushing for better.

Helen Radia

Chief Business Strategy Officer

Helen leads business strategy at The Kite Factory, bringing over a decade of client-side expertise and deep sector knowledge, especially in charity and purpose-driven marketing. She ensures our thinking is sharp, culturally attuned, and genuinely useful, helping brands create meaningful impact, not fluff. Helen champions open, curious, supportive team culture, because smart ideas flourish where people feel safe to question and push boundaries.

Ben Foster

Chief Operating Officer

Ben oversees operations and product evolution across the agency, advancing capabilities in media, data, and AI while strengthening senior client partnerships. With more than seventeen years’ experience, he builds systems and teams that adapt fast and stay ahead. Ben believes knowledge should be shared, not hoarded, and is relentless about empowering teams and clients to navigate an ever-changing media landscape with confidence and clarity.

Caroline Dolan

Managing Partner, Charity

Bringing two decades of expertise, Caroline is our resident charity guru charged with building collaborative client relationships and creating award-winning fundraising and brand awareness strategies for our Not-For-Profit clients.

Passionate about female empowerment in the workplace, Caroline launched our all-agency women's network, 'Female Flyers', in 2021, creating a community of women who encourage, support and champion each other.

Rik Moore

Managing Partner, Strategy

Rik is our media creativity maestro charged with inspiring our people to strive for original and strategically innovative campaign ideas for our clients. As the brain behind some of our best-celebrated campaigns, Rik's passion and enthusiasm shine through in his award-winning work.

A proud dad of two and retired stand-up comedian with more than 900 gigs under his belt, Rik is a regular on the speaker and judging circuit for industry bodies, including Thinkbox, IPA and Newsworks.

Anthony Abou-Zeid

Anthony is the driving force behind our talented and passionate Client Team and is responsible for developing best-in-class work for our clients with creativity, innovation, and measurement at the heart of our craft planning process.

A self-proclaimed tortured Creative Director, Ant brings strategic thinking and a deep passion for media creativity to all does. His knack for building strong client relationships has also helped to transform marketing strategies and helping our commercial clients achieve their ambitions.
