MC&C Media extends relationship with trio of clients into international markets

MC&C Media’s international proposition is going from strength to strength as it announces the expansion of three existing client briefs into markets outside the UK.

The agency is delighted to confirm it has been appointed to handle the media planning and buying for Unicef’s Legacy initiative in Australia, David Lloyd Leisure in Germany and Lovehoney in the US and Australia.

MC&C Media is part of an international affiliated network of independent media agencies which enables the agency to offer client performance in more than 70 markets around the world.

Led by Rob Watt, Managing Director of MC&C International, the team in London provides central expertise and control in planning and analytics, supported by local market knowledge and buying.

Unicef is a long-term client of MC&C Media in several markets including the UK and Canada. This will be the first time any charity has run a legacy ad campaign on television in Australia, ensuring MC&C continues to deliver ground-breaking opportunities for its clients.

David Lloyd Leisure, the premier gym and fitness club network, has been working with MC&C Media in the UK for over 18 months and has this month expanded the relationship into Germany where the business is launching into Frankfurt. David Lloyd currently has more than 98 clubs in the UK and 13 in Europe.

Lovehoney, the world’s largest online manufacturer and distributor of pleasure products and lingerie, is a new addition to the MC&C Media portfolio and will see the agency handle all media planning and buying across the UK, US and Australia.

Rob Watt, Managing Director of MC&C International, said: “These are three very varied but incredibly exciting clients who each offer a wealth of opportunity across different markets and audiences.

“Our strong network of partners around the world means we are in the perfect position to create effective, strategic campaigns for our clients in any market while retaining the expertise in planning and analytics that they bought into at the beginning of their relationship with MC&C.”
