Strategy Away Day 2024: A day of reflection, vision, and growth

Last week, we hosted our annual Strategy Away Day, a key event that brings the entire agency together to reflect, realign, and look ahead. The day was centred around three core objectives:

  1. Reflecting on the key factors that have driven our success so far
  2. Looking ahead to our goals for the next few years
  3. Uniting as a team to shape the future of the agency

We began the day by revisiting and strengthening our vision, mission, and growth ambitions for the coming years. We explored how each team member plays a critical role in bringing our growth strategy to life, ensuring everyone understands how they contribute to our overarching business goals.

The day was filled with interactive workshops, allowing us to dive deeper into aligning our strategic objectives with our vision and mission. Input from every individual was invaluable, as our people are the driving force behind our success and central to everything we do. Together, we identified key opportunities to accelerate our growth while staying true to our core values, ensuring that our future progress is built on the same principles that have guided us to success.

A standout moment of the day was welcoming our brilliant guest speaker Jonathan Frasor from Trouble Maker, who delivered an inspiring talk on disruptive creativity. He shared compelling examples of campaigns where creative innovation and strategic media placement worked hand-in-hand to produce powerful results. His insights underscored the crucial role of collaboration between creative and media agencies, highlighting how their synergy is vital for driving truly effective advertising. It was a great reminder that the most impactful outcomes are achieved by working together, pushing boundaries, and thinking beyond traditional methods.

We wrapped up the day feeling energised, aligned, and more united than ever. With a clear vision, ambitious goals, and a renewed sense of purpose, the future of TKF is bright. We’re ready to embrace new challenges, continue innovating, and drive even greater success for our clients and agency.
