TM Lewin’s Tim Patten joins The Kite Factory

Independent media agency appoints TM Lewin’s ex Customer Director Tim Pattern to advisory role helping senior management on e-commerce and multi-channel client briefs.

Tim is an experienced multi-channel, marketing and e-commerce executive who has operated at main Board Director level for the last 20 years. He has worked for multi-channel retailers including Morrisons, Jack Wills, Mothercare and Wyevale, as well as marketing service companies, Proximity and Havas Group.

His experience spans both UK and International markets and across a variety of sectors, with companies ranging from FTSE100 to Private Equity owned to Founder and Privately owned.

He’s also been an investor in private equity deals for Early Learning Centre and TM Lewin, where he held his position of Customer Director from June 2016-June 2020, and was closely involved in the marketing and successful sale of both businesses.

Patten’s previous roles have given him in-depth operational working knowledge across a variety of disciplines including in e-commerce; digital transformation, acquisition and retention; online content, brand and marketing strategy; multi-channel marketing communications; customer service, database and CRM programs; and social media.

His new role will involve relaying this knowledge to the business and acting as a sounding board on multi-channel e-commerce and retail briefs, while assisting with business development.
