Five flying high years at The Kite Factory 

Today marks a remarkable milestone as we celebrate five years as The Kite Factory. Looking back, we’re filled with immense pride for the achievements and experiences that have shaped us into the agency we are today.  

During this time, we’ve experienced significant growth, almost doubling our team to 103 talented individuals who share our passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering impactful results for our clients. In the last two years alone, we’ve increased our client roster by 42%, having welcomed the likes of Redrow, Samaritans, ZSL and Ricola. 

Together with our clients, we’ve achieved remarkable success. In the past five years, we’ve won 40+ industry awards, from a Media Week Gold Award for Long-Term Strategy with David Lloyd Leisure to a Performance Marketing Award for Best Brand Engagement Campaign with WaterAid. Most recently, we are hugely proud of our win as Independent Agency of the Year – a testament to our commitment to excellence and dedication to our work.

Boasting a remarkable 92% talent happiness score and a 91% client retention rate, we take pride in being an agency that people want to work for and with. Over the years, we’ve continuously evolved and stayed ahead to meet the industry’s ever-changing needs. Our daily measurement and reporting platform, FlightDeck™, revolutionised how we track and analyse campaign performance, providing our clients with valuable insights to drive success. Additionally, in recent years, the launch of KiteStudio™, our in-house creative versioning team, has empowered us to deliver tailored creative solutions that resonate with our clients’ audiences. 

In addition to enhancing our services, we’ve prioritised investment in our most valuable asset: our people. From practical training to courses and qualifications, we give talent access to numerous learning and development opportunities showcased by our long-standing IPA Platinum status for our CPD. And it’s not just about training. We know the importance of work-life balance and our people’s well-being. Over the last five years, we’ve expanded our benefits to support our people, from counselling services and discounts on gyms to mental health panels and wellbeing workshops, we continue to make a conscious effort to ensure all bases are covered.
